The only way I've been able to use the "One" is by downgrading the Firmware to 30O

Note: This will wipe your phone of everything!!

If it says "waiting for device" then there is a driver issue, I have a fix for this

If the commands fail then bootloader is not unlocked

    1. Download and extract contents of this to your desktop
    2. Download and install universal adb drivers if you haven't already from here
    3. Download and extract this into your platform-tools folder from step 1 (there are 15 or so files that you should place at the root of the platform-tools folder)
    4. Hold down shift + right click in platform-tools folder and click "open command line here"
    5. Type in all these commands in order one at a time(some of them may take some time so be patient), your phone must be in fastboot mode (power button + volume up) and must be plugged in to your computer:

    fastboot flash modem NON-HLOS.bin
    fastboot flash sbl1 sbl1.mbn
    fastboot flash dbi sdi.mbn
    fastboot flash aboot emmc_appsboot.mbn
    fastboot flash rpm rpm.mbn
    fastboot flash tz tz.mbn
    fastboot flash LOGO logo.bin
    fastboot flash boot boot.img
    fastboot flash cache cache.img
    fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
    fastboot flash system system.img
    fastboot flash userdata userdata_64g.img
    fastboot reboot

    6. You should now be able to get the 33R OTA as soon as your phone boots up.

@GUNG recommends using a great tool that I've been using now.

You have to make sure the files are in the right folder you are linking to in the command prompt.

Please note: This procedure requires an unlocked bootloader. This procedure will factory reset your device! All user data (settings, apps, data on internal storage) will be wiped!

Download the file cm-11.0-XNPH33R-bacon-signed-fastboot.zip to your PC from here:

    cm-11.0- XNPH33R -bacon-signed-fastboot.zip

Reboot your device into Fastboot Mode (power + volume up)

Connect your device via USB to your PC

Unzip the file you downloaded and put its contents into the same folder that you have adb.exe and fastboot.exe located in on your PC.

Open a command prompt from within your adb/fastboot folder (shift + right click, select open command prompt here) and issue these fastboot commands:

    Code:
    fastboot flash modem NON-HLOS.bin
    Code:
    fastboot flash sbl1 sbl1.mbn
    Code:
    fastboot flash dbi sdi.mbn
    Code:
    fastboot flash aboot emmc_appsboot.mbn
    Code:
    fastboot flash rpm rpm.mbn
    Code:
    fastboot flash tz tz.mbn
    Code:
    fastboot flash LOGO logo.bin
    Code:
    fastboot update -w cm-11.0-XNPH33R-bacon-signed-fastboot.zip
    Reboot. Profit.

I believe there is an error with this command.

    fastboot update -w cm-11.0-XNPH33R-bacon-signed-fastboot.zip

if it tells me to do this "Unzip the file you downloaded and put its contents into the same folder that you have adb.exe and fastboot.exe located in on your PC."

So what should it look like?

I'd put both the zip and extract the .zip and put those files in the same folder as your adb.exe and fastboot.exe files.

Did it work for you? If not, extract the .zip into that same folder also.
