    Guys need info on rooting op2 without having to loose my data. Something like oneclick root. Fed up of ads on the apps.

    Rooting doesn't lose your data it's unlocking the bootloader that does that, that's why you take a backup beforehand. ;) Have you looked at any of the (many) threads in the forums on unlocking the OnePlus 2?

    Unless there's a new way of rooting without unlocking the bootloader, you'll always lose your data.

    Why not simply backup and unlocking the booloader? It's a thing you'll only have to do once.
