Humayun81 , via OnePlus 6T , Jul 27, 2020 : I'm Using 6T, T mobile varient, Can anyone know how to use Netflix in this version.
drl431 , Jul 27, 2020 : Has your T-Mobile variant been converted to a global model, then upgraded to Android 10?
drl431 , Jul 27, 2020 : That will create a security issue, as Android 10 can detect a mismatch between the bootloader and OS versions. So you have 3 options. You can roll back to Android 9 (pie). You can un-convert and go back to using T-Mobile provided OS versions. Or you can side-load an apk for Netflix.
drl431 , Jul 27, 2020 : You can find/Google it at one of those apk download websites. But you will still have security issues with other apps, such as banking or financial apps.
bart877ie , Jul 27, 2020 : Can the booltoader be locked again in current status, would that not make it right?
drl431 , Jul 27, 2020 : I did not mention locking the bootloader, as the above scenario would not require unlocking the bootloader (for converting a T-Mobile variant to global).
Humayun81 , via OnePlus 6T , Jul 27, 2020 : So the case is One plus didn't reliable with some apps ....
drl431 , Jul 27, 2020 : The problem is that Android 10 is all about security (Google made it that way), and you have a modified phone.
Humayun81 , via OnePlus 6T , Jul 27, 2020 : Yes u r right tho! But this issue is not only with Netflix some other apps are not working also.
drl431 , Jul 27, 2020 : Yes, you will have trouble with apps that require security (because of your modifications), but with other apps may not be fully compatible with Android 10. You may find that some of your apps have not been updated in more than a year.
