ABHINAV SINGH 2124 , via OnePlus 8T , Jan 28, 2022 : I am suffering from this issue on my OnePlus 8T, I have tried everything: - Clearing cache and Data of the Netflix App - Disabling and Enabling the Netflix app - Uninstalling updates and then updating Netflix - Tried 4 different ISPs - Restarting the device - Factory resetting the phone I tried Netflix support but they suggested things which i already have tried, my device is play protect certified as well, I don't know what to do. The issue cropped up after the last stable update of my OnePlus which was in December if I remember correctly. When opening the app it stays on the Netflix logo and then shows the -9 error. It gets reset/refreshed probably with new version update or I guess the support team can also do that manually but only if they would understand. Mostly they keep wasting time... sad 😣

Xcommunicad0 , via OnePlus 8T , Jan 29, 2022 : Try again by first clearing the storage of the Netflix app then open it in the Chrome browser and try to switch to app from the browser itself after/before login.
ABHINAV SINGH 2124 , via OnePlus 8T , Jan 29, 2022 : Yes the same error: "Sorry, we could not reach the Netflix service. Please try again later. (-9)"
