Check your phone with SafetyNet test from the Playstore to see if it passes.

What version of OOS is on the phone, and also check that the phone is certified in Playstore>Settings, scroll to the bottom to check.

One other item to check is that Google Play System Update is up to date as well.

Go to phone Settings>Security & Lock Screen check the date on Google Play System Update

An update for the Google Play System Update can be kickstaterd using the following Google Main Components app.

Download Google Main Components to Kickstart update the Google Play System Update to the latest version. Once downloaded and installed, click on Google Play System Update in Settings, Security & Lock Screen to update

Check if any or all of the above can help 👍

You state your phone is nor Rooted, that can be the case, but it's possible your bootloader is unlocked without root, your phone will be classed as Not Certified.

You can check if your bootloader is unlocked using the steps in the website linked below.

Relocking the Bootloader involves a Phone Wipe, so you will need to backup your data first.
