Hi there, exclamation mark next to mobile network is indication of bad mobile internet strength, there is no way to remove exclamation alone.

The only way is to make sure you have a good internet connection.

Did you contact your network operator?
Did you check your SIM card?

I'm having the same problem At first I thought it's was bad network connection then I swap my sim to older phone to my surprise it work fine there. It seem like issues is with the last security update
