    Hi @OnePlus I’m facing the same issue here. Jio sim shows full network but calls are not routing until I turn on the airplane mode. This is really frustrating this was my first and the last OnePlus device. There’s no proper response from OnePlus. You can’t expect us to live with it. It’s not about a small thing, it’s the network. Not able to use the phone properly what’s that whole point!?

    I have purchased one plus nord on August 13, 2020. I am using jio in sim 1 and airtel in sim2, jio signal is showing full on my mobile and I can able to use internet as well, but not able to receive any calls and also not able to make calls as well.

    Every time I am changing to airplane mode for getting signal back. . kindly resolve this .

    I've issue while using dual sim 4g or even one sim.Can't recieve or make calls even when there is network signal. Switching on/off airplane mode solves the issue temporarily. Issue starts again after sometime. Now i use my phone with single 4g sim.

    Another issue I encountered with WhatsApp on Nord is that the battery drains way way faster now. I used WhatsApp for 45 mins and 29% battery drained. this is unacceptable. Please fix this issue

    The most important issue is network and connectivity. When you guys will fix this? I am really upset with this kind of issue and I haven't expected this from such a reputed brand like One Plus. Issues are :
    • Hotspot automatically disconnects after 5-10 minutes and becomes undiscoverable, after restarting the hotspot, it works fine.
    • Second issue is with the compatibility with JIO sim, internet speed frequently goes down only in one plus nord.
    When you guys will fix this??????????????????????

    Mobile Network Problem

    Device: OP Nord - 8 GB/128 GB version.

    Problem: Some Google (and other? Haven't notited yet) apps say there is no internet and won't work, when i have full signal 4G. I have to refresh a couple of times and then it usually works again after 2-3 times.

    Occurs when on mobile network. Does not occur when on wifi.

    Happens mainly on Google maps and Google search, from what i have noticed.

    There is no problem with my sim-card, used an old Iphone SE (gen 1) before the Nord and before that a Google Pixel 1, either with no problem whatsoever.

    Waiting for an update to fix this problem. Otherwise I will probably return the phone since I use the Google apps quite frequently and can't have this problem in the long run.

    Hello,

    I am having a lot of problems with connectivity with my OnePlus Nord.

    I have checked that I have good signal with both wi-fi and mobile data.
    My family and my previous phone both have good signal and mobile data.
    With my oneplus nord I have everything working fine until out of nowhere both the wifi and the sim network disconnect for a few seconds and them come back up again.

    Is there any fix for this or the phone needs to be replaced?

    I'm facing a strange network error in my OnePlus Nord. Most of the time it can't connect to internet from Google app, Google widget and Google assistant on mobile data. On wifi works fine and other apps in background can use internet at the same time.

    Hi, my Nord stops receiving the internet even when it is connected to the WiFi and the WiFi is working on all other devices. I have to disconnect my WiFi and add it again for the internet to work. Any fixes for this?

    I am facing the same issue, in fact, the only way to get internet back on is to disconnect the wifi and connect it again.

    Unable to use the internet with my home wifi.
    Phone wifi has been connected to my home wifi but no internet access .

    Tried resetting the WiFi data but nothing works . Restarted my device multiple times still no luck .

    Other connected devices are working perfectly fine with my home wifi .

    yes, I have the same issue
    I've already disabled the optimisation for whatsapp and the sleep standy optimisation to no avail

    doesn't happen on mobile data, only on wifi
    some access points do not have the problem, but my brand new installation at home does

    For the past 18 days, I've been using this device and I'm experiencing many bugs with the device. I thought that at least after 10.5.5 OTA update these issues will be resolved, but there is no change I'm still experiencing the same issues,

    1. While using the Pubg Mobile app, most of the time I'm getting an error " Connection to server lost. Please check your network connection before trying again ". Today(30, Aug) I have experienced huge frame drops while playing.

    2. Also while using the Instagram app I'm experiencing Network issues, even though I've connected to very good network connection, browsing is not so smooth I'm getting error messages like " couldn't load an image, retry", "failed to load".

    3. I'm experiencing the same type of Network issues while using Google Chrome.

    I'm sure other users also experiencing the same issues, I have seen other threads posted related to this issue. I hope you'll rectify this ASAP.
    Even after the 10.5.5 update, the camera issues are still present in fact, the selfie camera quality is reduced.

    Even I'm experiencing bluetooth connectivity issues, especially with headsets

    After contacting the oneplus support and spending entire days reinstalling the phone and the wifi without having the problem solved, I got told to send them back the phone as they would provide me with a new one to replace the one they sent me and was broken.

    When i finally request my new phone they send me an email saying i can't get a new one... This is the worse support I have ever received, they sent me a broken piece of garbage that cannot stay connected to the internet for more that 5minutes and then they refuse to replace the broken trash then send me... unacceptable....
