    Hello everyone, I'm having the same issue as everyone else since the previous major upgrade. It displays that it has a full 4G connection, yet it is not connected to the internet. Please provide me with a solution.

    Under Settings->Mobile Network->SIM->SIM info & settings

    Access point names-> if this is greyed out you will need to reset mobile, Bluetooth and WiFi reset in Reset options. Restart your phone. If it is editable check if it contains the necessary info for your carrier. Check with your carrier if needed.
