    Hi Team,

Since the last update I'm facing network problem on my device. One Plus 6

System Update says I'm in 10.3.3 Version (Probably the latest Update)

1 Network turns off and says as No Sim Card
2 Can't Connect to Wifi Not sure what's the problem
3 After Restarting the device multiple times the network comes again.
4 Atleast 4 times in a day I do restart the device because of network problem
5 It's a critical Issue and needs to address ASAP
6 Working From with these challenges is not acceptable

Hope you will work on this issue with priority

after the recent update the frequency of the problem has increased 5-6 times per day before this problem was once a week problem.

    Hello,
I'm having the same problem since 10.3.2 through to 10.3.4 currently.
I've tried a full wipe, even a fresh install with msmdownloadtool and other ROM that oxygenos (lineage 17.1) and the problem is still present.
I did not try rolling back to earlier versions of OOS but I will if it is not fixed (not being reachable is a big no no)
Is it possibly a modem firmware issue since it seems to be crashing everything at the same time (WiFi, data and GPS) ?
The fact that it happened for several people on the same device / OS version seems to show it might not be hardware related as I feared.
    Cheers

    Hi,
I am also facing the same problem after the android 10 update on my OnePlus 5. I have gone through all the wifi settings, but nothing seems to work.

Edit: This problem seems to happen with 5ghz wifi not with 2.4ghz wifi.

Similar problem. Mobile data turns off on its own. I can toggle it back on, but periodically it shuts off again.

Also, this is a consumer device and "format" is an unacceptable solution. System and OS updates should be vetted and patched if necessary and nothing should require an onerous "fix" that costs me time and (potentially) data. That's BS.

Even I have the same issue after the last update. Oneplus should give some bug update soon to avoid such problem.
    1. Network goes automatically
    2. WiFi gets disabled
    3. Sometimes screen gets stucked and phone switches off and on.

I tried all the things I can do like formatting, cache wipe, hard reset. Nothing is working.
Solution must be provided from Oneplus and that also very soon.

Reset your WiFi adapter, see if that helps.

Settings, System, Reset Options, Reset WiFi Mobile Bluetooth.

If your router is capable of 2.4ghz and 5ghz make sure the SSID Name for each is different, you can edit the SSID Name on the Router Admin page.

Also check your router broadcast channels for interference, change them to other channels if you find a nearby router broadcasting on the same channel as yours.

Use a WiFi analyzer to check.

I use this one from the Playstore to check for nearby routers using the same channel as me, and I switch my channel on the router to suit.

Also a suggestion here for 8 Series but some of the suggestions may crossover to 6 series and others.

Hi, is anyone has update or solution for this issue?

I have Oneplus 6 running Oxygen OS 10.3.5 and getting the exact same issue. I have tried resetting wifi mobile bluetooth as suggested in comment above with no luck.
