After yesterday's update to Android Pie I noticed one thing that is sim signals are going again and again randomly. Its a sort of restarting of sim cards. Don't know whether its a bug or something else.

first of all clear cache and wipe data. Then try re-inserting SIM card. if you have dual sim try to use one first and see if it works fine. if the issue still persist, check with an another handset or with another sim in OP6. else sent your feedback along with the network logs to OnePlus team.

I'm having the same issues. After installing Android Pie, my phone acts like it has no service. I can't send photos, and it struggles to send texts.

same here, my signal no longer reaches 4G, it's only showing H+ now and it constantly shows no internet connection when I'm using my phone ever since the update yesterday. anyone know how to fix this or do we have to wait for another update?

edit: I was having trouble posting this comment with the network problem as we speak!

I reported a bug to oneplus team on 29th sept. they asked for logs from the device which I passed on to them. after they received the logs, they have stopped all sorts of communication. I have been trying to get response from from them but not output.
atleast they can acknowledge that they will provide a fix in the next update.

it has been a couple of weeks now and my regular calls from home and work has been hampered like hell.

Team oneplus, please let us know the update.

same issue here since the transfer from Oreo to Pie, i guess there is no other option than downgrading to Oreo...

Update: after downgrading back to oreo 8.1 i got the same symptoms again. Lost connectivity during a call.
Connection to the network come and go.
My guess is that it's an hardware issue.

I upgraded to Pie and had the same thing. No signal. Downgraded to Oreo and it fixed it. Waited six months and installed the latest update and signal was lost. So had to downgrade again. Again this fixed it. I've sent dozens of tweets to OnePlus but they only respond to things that might result in a sale or easy fixes. They haven't replied anything I've sent. They don't give a toss. Cheap phone = no support, I suppose. Won't ever buy another OnePlus, nor recommend them.

    Hello guys,

I received yesterday my new OP7pro.
After starting the phone, everything looked good until I placed the SIM Cards. When I inserted them, phone detected them (which means no bad placement) and asked for PINs. After PINs inserted, phone started normally but with a serious issue:

    - No network signal

Both cards don't have any signal. I can ensure that cards has both less them one year and yesterday were working normally in my previous phone.

Any tips to solve this problem? Can the phone be region locked?

    Thank you
