New bug developing via OnePlus Nord CE

    There are two more issues which have developed with the phone.

    1) In interval of 10 to 15 days during receiving calls , the receiver is not able to listen me, where as he is audible to me, happened couple of times.Have to turn off mobile and then it is fine.The bug needs to be rectified soon.

    2 ) Another one is with the camera it takes too much time for the image to optimise in normal mode, in nightscape mode it takes too long.

    Attaching an image for better understanding.

    Need a software update.

    1, if it only happens every 10 to 15 days this could be an issue with your Mobile Network provider connection or signal.
    Reset your Network adapters, see if that helps.
    Settings, System, Reset Options, Reset WiFi Mobile Bluetooth.

    Restart the phone.

    2. Clear the Camera App info Cache and App info Storage.

    Also Clear the OnePlus Camera Service App info Cache and App info Storage as well.

    Restart the phone. Check if this can help.

    I have tried thanks but again after clicking and reviewing the photographs it takes time,
    My software is also updated, you can check it.
    Nord CE 5 G 8 Gb variant,
    also I am assure tht wifi goes of and comes again , there is some issue which lot of people have posted
