New Dropped Calls on LTE

  1. Mat8754 Gingerbread Oct 30, 2014

    Mat8754, Oct 30, 2014 :
I recently factory reset my phone and ever since I have had issues with phone calls. I have ATT and when I am on LTE after the phone rings several times the call drops and I get the hang up beeps. Sometimes it connects for a few seconds and then hangs up. When I look at the service bars it goes down to zero and then quickly back to full. When I switch the setting to prefer 3g over LTE the calls work fine. I seem to only have this issue when the phone is set to prefer LTE network. I never used to have to this problem so any help would be greatly appreciated thanks!

Do a search for AT&T LTE settings in the forums, and make sure you have those set up properly.

I am extremely frustrated with this issue.

I haven't been able to make or receive any calls without it being dropped less than 5 seconds into every call.

What the hell is going on

Better confirm if n6 doesn't have same issues with ATT, apparently nexus users who have phones not direct from ATT have the same issue.

I just spoke with someone from AT&T. They confirmed this is a AT&T issue and not one with the one plus. They are working on a fix. AT&T ticket number is TT000046287331
