    if its a clear sky and if u can see the starts. put ito iso 3200 and 30s.

    thr r no HDR/HQ option when u're using manual mode. Noise is caused by high ISO settings whereby Blur comes from ur shaky hands.
    Solutions:
    1) lower ISO to reduce noise.
    2) use tripod to prevent blur.
    3) adjust low shutter speed to make image brighter.
