    Its software, so it can be portad by some pro users soon, if Oneplus dont make it.

    btw, while waiting for it, use gcam, its already have a working night mode.

    i hoping they'd throw us a bone. my 5T still rocking without any problem, no reason for me to change. but to make us spend more money, I don't think they'd do that for us

    sup cupcake.. Can u see see OnePlus 5 and 6 with same Camera sensor ? Gcam has night mode use that for now. And if u want to ask about camera updates for OnePlus 5 do that in AMA

    Hey kitkat, Oneplus 5 and Oneplus 6 has differeny camera sensor but i know that camera improvements mostly software. Of coufse sensors also necessary but the mostly they are improving software about camera and i saw the announcment about "Nightscape" it was just software improvemet so shuy your dirty mouth and i want to use it on offical oneplus camera app not the cracked gcam one.

    Studio lighting portrait could be possible,but will get it next year like in March or April. nightscape not so sure as it could something related to hardware, the cameras are different on OP5/5T

    Nightscape won't come to 5/5T. Why? well... 5/5T doesn't have OIS, like 6/6T. what nightscape does is boost the ISO high, hence creating much brighter image, all these process happens in 2 seconds, which means u need a faster processor,845 is faster than 835. The lack of OIS and 845 won't make it possible for OP to give nightscape on 5/5T as the image would turn out to be blurry due to lack of OIS and faster processor.

    some things are not possible with older hardware. OnePlus is a small company. it is not Google
