Are you honestly saying you need more than quarter of a terabyte of storage ON YOUR PHONE????

    Reevaluate your life......

I don't know how to explain to you but I just need plenty storage space for my work. I prefer to dig out a pic being taken a few years ago whenever I need.

Currently I have nearly 50,000 pictures in my 256GB OnePlus 6.

Like many users, I too keep lots of picts and videos on my phone for both work and personal use. Phones are now, for many people, their main "device" meaning they may not use/carry a laptop/tablet/etc. which also means they probably don't carry external storage devices either so yes, having a lot of storage on the phone is important.

I REALLY wish OP would just include a microSD Card Slot that can double as the secondary SIM slot, especially with the recent prices they're charging on the Pro models. If they did this, offering just a 128 and 256GB model wouldn't be issue as photo/video storage doesn't really require super fast on-board storage.

Just thought you lot might find this useful. On the visible dude the micro sd card slots in. There opposite end has a USB c connection that will plug in to the phone. On the other side of the micro sd is a standard USB so it's very very useful for phone memory and image transfer.

I was really hoping for the 512gb oneplus 9 pro. But sadly, no luck. Beside in general I like to buy the biggest memory size available.

I'm really hoping next oneplus will finally bring 512gb with 16gb ram.
And the extra ram can be used as ram disk to boost the performance even more.

Hopefully, if the ram disk become a big thing, phones with 32gb of ram will become a normal thing.

Beside the phone prices will be going up every year. So having the best of memory and ram will be greatly welcome.

Where else do you keep the video's?

Oh wait.... it's probably cheaper just to get a NAS in your home and store everything on that so you can access it on all devices.

PC/USB drive/NAS drive/cloud storage. I honestly don't understand why someone NEEDS to keep that much video on their phone.

I went the NAS route with a VPN to access from outside of the home network. Best decision I made and can easily expand the storage.
