No changelog is generated for local upgrade... Only for OTAs you'll get the changelog...

If you manually update, the changelog will be gone. It only appears when updating via OTA and isn't that big of deal.

You need to be on the last version of Android Pie 9.0.17 for OP6T. As it contains files to allow the upgrade to Android 10.

Go to the website below, download 9.0.17, manually install it following the instructions below.

Download the software build for your device on this page. Please back up your data before flashing your device.

    https://oneplusupdates.com/device/oneplus-6t

If you use a computer to download the file.

Plug your phone into your computer and copy the downloaded .zip to your phone’s main root storage.

If you’re using a Mac, you can install Android File Transfer from Appstore for this operation.

If you download it on your phone move the file out of any folders into the Main root storage

After the .zip file is copied to your phone, go to 'Settings' - 'system update', click the 'settings' icon on the top right corner, choose 'Local upgrade', find the .zip file and click on 'Install' to confirm. The update takes about a minute (depending upon the file size), once done reboot your device to boot into the latest Oxygen OS.

You will then be able to update to Android 10 from the link below. Follow the instruction on the OnePlus Support website below.
