[Submitted] No connection to mobile data network

    Starting from 06.11.2020 I can't connect to my mobile data network. Carrier is LMT. I've already called their support and it's not the problem of the network. My WiFi connection works fine. I've tried restarts and reset of network connection - nothing has worked for me. Phone is upgraded to the latest software version 3-4 days ago. Everything was working fine until yesterday.

    Same problem, mobile internet not working. LMT carrier, Nord phone, latest system update. Same SIM in my old phone works fine. Tried restart, slot change and reset of network connection, nothing helped.

    I switched to the SIM card of the Tele 2 and it connected to mobile internet. The same happened to my LMT SIM card in other phone. I switched back and it works now on my Nord. Somehow problem has disappeared.

    It still not fixed.

    Did the same inserted Tele2 card in phone, mobile internet was working. Inserted back LMT card, mobile internet is working. But only in SIM SLOT 2. If i restart phone, mobile internet is not working. I need again put Tele2 inside..... its better than nothing... but still need fix.

    Its still not fixed, mobile internet just stoped working, and again after inserting Tele2 card, LMT mobile internet started working again.

    P.S. TY Oneplus, my first and definetely last oneplus phone for me.

    Went to lmt customer centre and a customer service showed me what needs to be done. Go to Settings -> Wi-fi and network -> sim & network -> Sim 1 (or the sim you are using for lmt) -> Access point names -> lmt internet -> and change both APN protocol and APN roaming protocol to IPv4/IPv6. Data returned to normal.

    Thank you, this seems was the issue of the problem. Just had the problem again and setting up the right network protocol has solved this. I hope OnePlus will check this post.

    A small detail that I noticed later, after thinking that this is not working for me aswell is that they do not save the settings automatically, after you change them. You need to press "save" on the upper right corner, after you change them. It fixed it for me.

    I have nord n10 and under access point names everything is grayed out so no editing options. My data doesnt work.

    I recently updated my phone. When I'm outdoor my mobile data doesn't work. I reset wifi/mobile data as instructed in setting still doesn't solve. It doesn't work with my new phone so I have to switch back to my old phone. Please solve your issues causing alot of trouble.
