    oh dang sorry, maybe you can get 9.0.7 version and flash that? I'm fairly new to OnePlus, I got the OnePlus when it first came to T-Mobile and then won an unlocked one like 2-3 weeks later, so the T-Mobile one is sitting in my dresser drawer lol. you might have just answered for everyone the question, if you get otas if you unlock the phone through TMobile!

    last time I tried to do a local upgrade I had a build number and hw mismatch. if I can do a VPN ota upgrade will that avoid that?
