    I'm using OnePlus 9R facing problem with the mobile data while the phone on sleep. Not receiving calls or msg on WhatsApp. Please help me to solve it.

    You probably need to turn it off. By default it is on.

    System settings > Battery > Battery optimization > (three dots) > Enhanced optimization > Sleep standby optymization > OFF
