I have faced this issue 4-5 times in OP7T but this issues in very frequent in OP3T and i didn't find any permanent solution to completely avoid it.

You can try a workaround to switch to flight mode and back to normal - this will reset the network and you won't need to restart your device again and again.

Hope there will be some permanent fix for such issues in upcoming updates.

I tried everything and no way, know we are using sim2 slot and today working by the moment.
Yesterday in Sim2 worked until 23 and then reboot to navigate again. 4g connected but too too slow about 3 or 4 kbps.

this has been happening to me as well very frequently. I'm actually considering selling my 7t and just picking up a different phone through TMobile.

with slot 2 has not fail yet.
