No notifications from Instagram Dec 18, 2019 via OnePlus 7 Pro

    Hi to all,

    since last upgrade 10.03 I no longer receive the notifications from Instagram app.
    I already delete de app, install again, check everything on the notificacions (app and phone) tabs but no luck.
    Has anyone dealing with the same issue?

    I've the same issue.
    I'm on Open Beta 6 (OP7Pro).

    I only get notifications as soon as I open the app.
    Reinstall and battery optimization settings didn't helped.
    But I get notifications for every other app (whatsapp and things like this).

    A few months ago everything was working fine. So don't know what happened...

    Yap the same, everything else working but Instagram not.

    yea, in the "app info" of Instagram, go to Advanced --> Battery Optimisation --> Intelligent Control *or* Don't Optimize.

    I initially used "Intelligent control", it worked fine. Now that I am not so active on insta, I put it to 'Optimise". Hope it helps [e]270c[/e]️
