Network/Connectivity No notifications while using buds tws Oct 22, 2020

    MaxRyb , Oct 22, 2020 :
    Hey guys ,have faced the problem with newly bought op buds. Why don't I have any notifications about the headphones after connection?It appeared only once when there was low energy in the case. They are supposed to have global version ( fast pair and finding work , although there are no notifications either) and I have an Op phone ,so I don't understand anything. What shall I do?

    Now that I think about it, I'm not getting a notification either. Maybe unpair and repair the headphones. You could also try factory resettling the headphones and pairing with your phone again. Check the manual how to do that. Sometimes resetting the earbuds can solve an issue.

    I got the same answer from the support ,but resetting the headphones to the factory settings didn't help ,I still don't get the charge notifications unf🤷

    I have the 7 pro also. I just got the battery level popup when I connected them. I didn't notice it in the past week. I'm sorry but I don't know what the problem could be.

    Which OnePlus phone do you have? I think the buds aren't fully compatible if you have a phone lower than the OnePlus 6.

    Oh ,I got the same pop message yest ,when the headphones had low energy as well as yours. But that should pop up every time connected to the phone

    I think the notification only comes up if you're battery is low. I didn't notice it when the case was over 50%. Maybe it isn't supposed to come up everytime

    Oh wow, didn't know it was 7 pro specific. I also find that the Amazon Prime video app doesn't work well on it. It works right after installing but not the next time.
