Anikait22 , via OnePlus 7 , Jun 18, 2021 : Hi so I had bought a OnePlus 43inch TV about 9 months ago. About 10 days ago in the middle of a system update process, there was a power fluctuation for about 5 seconds. Since then my tv just shows "device failed verification system halt". I placed a complaint with the customers support. The technician came over and tried everything like loading a new software,etc. But nothing worked so he told me that he would have to replace the mother board I tried to escalate my complaint 3 times, so that I could appeal for a full replacement of my TV, but I have recieved no response from OnePlus yet. Also I am well aware about the 1 year limited warranty policies, and they do state that "OnePlus may replace the product"
