Hi so I had bought a OnePlus 43inch TV about 9 months ago.
About 10 days ago in the middle of a system update process, there was a power fluctuation for about 5 seconds.
Since then my tv just shows "device failed verification system halt".
I placed a complaint with the customers support.
The technician came over and tried everything like loading a new software, etc.
But nothing worked so he told me that he would have to replace the mother board
I tried to escalate my complaint 3 times, so that I could appeal for a full replacement of my TV, but I have recieved no response from OnePlus yet.

Also I am well aware about the 1 year limited warranty policies, and they do state that "OnePlus may replace the product"

    Hey,
This is a user forum and I don't how how we can help as the customer support is not denying part replacement. The clause of "may replace" is when it's irreparable or lack of spare parts IMO. You have to negotiate with customer care itself to get a replacement but as much as I have seen the history of service in the last 2 years, that ain't gonna happen. My suggestion would be to get the part replacement done when it's happening, you denying and asking for total replacement can only lead to super delay as already few users have issue to just get the part replaced and sitting on a dead TV.

Thanks for the tag... Good morning 🌄

    Ok I get it
So I mean we could conclude that getting it replaced by th official technician that too free of cost,
Should not affect the life of the tv much right?
