I have the same problem. In all applications there is a sound of call - WhatsApp, Viber and others. But when calls go to SIM cards, nothing is heard. Today updated to Android 10 and the problem remained. 😵 Help me, please!

    Hi Alexey,
    Thank you for your response.

    Backing up Data:
You can sync your Google account to back up the Application data, WIFI settings, pictures and contacts. Do ensure you have enabled auto sync and backup data from settings. For music, video or other files, you can copy the files to computer by connecting the USB cable.

    Clear Cache Steps:
    1) Turn off the device
    2) Press Power button + Volume down button to enter recovery mode
    3) Choose Language
    4) Select 'Wipe data and cache'
    5) Choose 'Wipe cache'
    6) Choose 'Yes'
    7) Choose 'Reboot'

    Hard Reset Steps:
    - Power off your device.
    - Press the power key + volume down for a few seconds.
    - Select English.
    - Look for Wipe data and cache > Erase everything.

In case, if you find any difficulty and the issue still persists feel free to revert as we are here to assist you.

    Stay Safe !

I can 't decide to do that. A lot of data and applications. It is necessary to do a backup. I am afraid to lose everything... )))
