Updated to OS 12
Known bug unfortunately. OnePlus Updater is suggesting wait for an update, or if you have problems roll-back to previous version.
What exact model number does this happen to? And what regional software on it?
How did you update to OOS12?
I'm on Vodafone Germany, not receiving all calls and placing calls to T-mobile Germany also impossible. That was from beta 1 and beta 2, I didn't installed the latest updates. I'm too tired of using msm, just want working mobile service.
Well. That might be the problem. EU didn't have any Open Beta build. You might have installed a build of other region which might be causing the issue.
ONEPLUS released Stable A12 for EU model yesterday. There is a info that 5g and mobile service might not work. And that's the case. Why stable? It's a joke
OnePlus didn't release any A12 build for EU region. As mentioned in the opening post in the official announcement thread. Where did you get the stable build from?
I've seen many Screenshots on Telegram and oxygen updater
And none of them are official sources.

Is anyone currently working on it? It would be great to know that OnePlus is aware and working on a fix. Everyone with problems would feel much better.
Same thing happened to me. I have Indian version of the smartphone. After updating to Oxygen OS 12 I have lost my carrier coverage. I have tried the SIM card in a different phone, I did network reset and reloaded the phone - nothing helped. I updated via Oxygen Updater and it automatically identifies which version do I have so I installed the right one.
How can we roll back to previous version
