    Im wondering why the email responses take so long from oneplus.

    I returned the phone over one week ago and ive sent numerous emails asking for an update but all my emails are ignored.

    I know the phone has been delivered and the weird thing is that the recipient is someone named Ken in California.

    You have my returned phone and youre not responding to any emails about the status or the money being refunded.

    What gives, seriously?

    Paypal wont help me out because the originating shipping name and address of oneplus Asia is different from the "ken" recipient in California. I didnt even know about this policy.

    sorry ? did you send it to the pp advised address ? if so then should be no issue.

    pp tell you where to return it... if you do that then surely you are gold

    Oneplus told me to return it to Ken Wong in California. I guess he is the shipper in America.

    I didnt even know about the issues with the address.
