    Hi,

Thank you for suggesting this to the community.

According to me, we just need to prioritize our friends, family, and relationships.

Instead, we prioritize our games, movies, and messages.

Actually, I personally feel there should be no feature for #NoPhoneDay.

If there is a feature, again we are dependent on our phones.

    Just Switch it OFF.

Have a wonderful time with your family and friends.

    Cheers.

I already have enough going on around me, no need for additional "bloatware" monitoring my use . I have a wife to nag me about that! :p

A simple app that can be installed or removed, sure but the more apps I have to clean up the more annoying it becomes . You cannot have a burdenless experience if you try to add something for everyone (i.e. try to please everyone) ;)

Maybe what we can do to stop ourselves from using our phones for a day is make a plan with friends and family to go somewhere like a mini vacation, and also if that place is out of network reach then they have no point of taking their phones out because they can neither receive calls nor texts.

Why would you need to unlock it ? If you have an important call for example you could choose an option to activate call. Or even if you want to read your notifications, you should be able to enable or not an option in this new setting !

Only calls should be allowed and all other app notifications should be turned off. This would greatly help in enjoying our offline life once in a while. So there must be a new setting or mode that helps us in achieving this. This would be quite helpful for students during Exams and to professionals during important events.
