Pesedm , Jan 27, 2022 : Hello, I don't see it on my NORD 2 5G Try the phone in another area as well. On another GSM transmitter. You can also try another SIM that 100% works in 4G mode on another phone. You can also try a TEST to see if this is a NOT hadware bug: Back up your data and perform the factory settings of your phone. Do not install any applications and try test if it works OK.. If the error is the same, contact your support - complaints.

Only when I deactivate my SIM and then activate it again, 4G works. Already had my SIM changed and tried everything. I don't know what else to do. Where are you from? Maybe it's a problem that exists in Europe?!
Pesedm , Jan 27, 2022 : Hello, I don't see it on my NORD 2 5G I have the latest updates. I am from the Czech Republic, Prague.
B1643315070977 , via OnePlus Nord 2 , Jan 27, 2022 : That is really strange. Maybe it's a problem with the phone itself. I've had it since October and the problem has always occurred. If the OnePlus Support can't help, I guess it has to go back.
Pesedm , Jan 27, 2022 : I understand. Other users also do not report anything on Czech discussion forums. Then there is a possible problem with the local operator vs. the OnePlus software. Then it is necessary report this here: https://forums.oneplus.com/feedback 👉 OnePlus developers do not read it here. I still have an idea. Try writing to local discussion forums (in your country) for other NORD 2 5G users whether they have the same problem. This should rule out a possible hardware error in the phone.
jyotikabahl3 , via OnePlus Nord 2 , Feb 26, 2022 : I have been facing the same issue with my Nord 2and have tried switching off and changing the sim slot but it is not working.
Kurubel , via OnePlus Nord 2 , Apr 26, 2022 : I'm having the same issue, 4G connectivity is not automatically selected. It always goes to 3G(h or h+). I manually change the network to 4G only using an app, it works for a while and then it goes back to 3G for some reason.
