Nord2 -OnePlus buds pro compatibility issue via OnePlus Nord 2

    Hi brothers and sisters,

    I have just bought OnePlus Buds Pro today and paired it with my OnePlus Nord2.
    But I'm unable to get the screen where I could see all SETTINGS w.r.t the Buds Pro such as Transparency mode, ANC, FIT test, customization of touches, etc.

    Not sure what could be the issue.

    By pairing with another vivo mobile, I got to see the setting using HeyMelody app though. It was working well.

    Attached below are screenshots of the screens I'm able to access.

    OnePlus experts, I need your guidance. please help!

    Unfortunately, Nopes.
    The 2nd and 3rd screenshots are the ones that came up after selecting the "earbuds functions".

    Guys,
    I just chatted with the customer executives. They too asked to reset several options on the phone but was of no use.
    Now only option for me to walk into any of the oneplus service centers to sort it out.
    Will keep you guys posted in hope that this thread may help someone like me in the future. 🤞

    I'm so happy that I myself found out the solution to the problem I was facing. OnePlus should ideally be paying me 😜

    The problem was with the pre-installed oneplus buds app in the phone.
    I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Voila!!! It worked!!!!
