Not able to cast to from laptop via OnePlus 5T

    hi , I have OnePlus tv and when I tried to connect from chrome sometime it's showing source not supported insted of available , and frequent disconnection facing.

    Hey,

    If you face this problem everytime,then it's a definite problem as stated above.
    But if you're seeing this problem only sometimes & not everytime then restart everything,TV,Laptop & Router & see if that overcomes this problem temporarily(till this issue is fixed by an update).
    Because I too face connection problems from YouTube but it isn't as always.

    Hi, you can try to update the TV Cast Service to latest version:
    step 1. Open Google Play Store -> My Apps;
    step 2. Update "Android System WebView" & "Chromecast build-in" to lastest version;

    Hi @Eddy W. - I have followed the steps given for app update.
    however, there's no option of update (supposedly, it's already a latest version)
    but the conclusion is - I cannot project my windows laptop on the TV.

    please advise what should be done.
