I tried using different downloaders (Utorrent,Flud, BitTorrent...) but can't download anything. is there any possible solution to this? I have been experiencing this for the past 4-5 months.

What happens exactly, full disclosure of steps taken and errors received would be appreciated.

Also are you using a VPN, firewall.

Has your Internet provider blocked torrent access, as some do this to prevent piracy of files.

Need exact info on what happens, what exact error do you receive when trying to download. Screenshot of the error will do if there is one.

Looks like a possible permissions issue or a security app on the phone is preventing access to P2P seeders and leechers.

But without knowing what app may be doing that or which permission. Try the following

Go to Settings > Apps & notifications > see all apps > select three dots > Reset app preferences.
    Then reboot.

This will not delete your apps data but you will have to provide permissions again for all apps on your phone.

You could backup your data and either try full Delete All Data factory reset.

Or contact OnePlus support directly for more information on your issue. Scroll down the page for contact/chat details.

Other than a factory reset as I suggested earlier to see if it can fix it, the only other reason could be that you ISP has blocked you from downloading Torrents.

That might be, but it can be random, and they may have blocked your router ip address from downloading Torrents. As I said, if it's a phone issue, backup your data and factory reset.

Or contact your Network provider and check with them to see if that block is in place.

Exactly, they may have just blocked your IP address. Have you tried using a different wifi or better yet tried cellular?

Have you tried the Factory reset.

Do a full Erase/Delete Data button, factory reset. This will restore you to a fresh installation of Android. So you will need to backup your phone.

    After Backing up the phone.

Go to Settings, System, Reset Options, Erase All Data, click on the Delete All Data button,

For more info on how to backup your phone, check the solutions here.
