Not able to get device registered via OnePlus Community App

    Hi,
    I am trying to register my device for extended warranty (3 months) via Red cable and its not allowing me.
    My phone got registered as two different models -DN2101IND and OP515BL1 in Oneplus store and when I try to avail benefits, it says please use a oneplus mobile.
    Oneplus care is not even accepting my IMEI number.
    Is anyone else facing the same issue?

    Hey, I am also facing the same issue, i bought the extended warranty but can't select the device, it's greyed out and i can't activate the warranty.

    I can confirm the same. Unable to register for the extended 3 months warranty since I received the phone yesterday.

    Phone is good but with some annoying bugs.
    When I try to use gesture based navigation, phone kind of hangs or slows down.
    if you have two sims with any sim as default and want to start call from sim2 (ex ussd), you just cant do it. normally dialers have option to use sim before dialling

    Already did before posting. Customer care said that as its new device, it can take a week or more for system to consider imei (hilarious response).
    It took almost a day for me to explain this to the support. Now theh are looking into this

    Maybe their systems are slow to register, have no idea how they work that. But at least you have a ticket open for them to check.

    Same issue. They told it was issue from their side and it will fix in few hours. They suggested to log out from one plus account and relogin. But still not working. Let me know if the issue is fixed at your end and the steps.

    Nope. My device got registered to rcc as two difference devices. Not sure if Oppo merger has to do something

    Same issue here too! Nord2 Device showing as two different device DN2101IND and OP515BL1 ! Whenever trying to register for extended Warranty error msg says "This mobile number is already registered to a Survify account"!
    This is really a mess!
    Requesting OnePlus to solve this!
    Such a messed up process to register a single warranty! Now I feel I should have went with some other brand!
