the_o2 , via OnePlus 9 Pro , Oct 19, 2021 : Ok, do one thing Go to settings Apps & notifications see all apps 3 dots on top right corner Reset app preferences. It will reset all the apps notifications and settings to default (no data lost), and then restart your phone once and see if you get notifications after doing that.
Dresa91 , Oct 19, 2021 : Can you please check the battery settings of the apps you don’t receive notifications? Should looks like this: please change it to don’t optimise and restart your device and check again
