Not receiving OTP via OnePlus Nord CE

    Hello Team,

    I'm not receiving OTP to verify my bank details,it always gets timeout. I have been trying to for last 3days.
    Other application related OTP I'm receiving.
    It's my new phone.. should I go for replacement or what should I do?
    Please help

    Try it in Safe mode and see if it can help.

    Press the power button to bring up the power menu, now long press Power Off option you will get the option to boot into safe mode. Select OK

    Once tried, just restart the phone to get back into normal mode.

    Most likely a problem with your bank's platform then, since you are receiving all other OTPs and messages perfectly fine.

    Who was your network provider, Airtel? What did they do?
    I am also having the same problem.

    Yes, Airtel network and vodafone network . I had issue with both.. Then found out for both network we have seprate top up needs to be done to send and receive sms.
    Once proper top up was done . Issue was resolved
