Caomhin , via OnePlus 9 Pro , Aug 11, 2021 : Try it in Safe mode and see if it can help. Press the power button to bring up the power menu, now long press Power Off option you will get the option to boot into safe mode. Select OK Once tried, just restart the phone to get back into normal mode.
McJader , Aug 11, 2021 : Most likely a problem with your bank's platform then, since you are receiving all other OTPs and messages perfectly fine.

Abinaya29 , via OnePlus Nord CE , Dec 1, 2021 : Yes, Airtel network and vodafone network . I had issue with both.. Then found out for both network we have seprate top up needs to be done to send and receive sms. Once proper top up was done . Issue was resolved
