Not to buy one plus via OnePlus 7 Pro

    i am using 7pro 12GB+256 since 4+ months.
    i have battery issue and issue with playing videos on FB and YouTube with 12 gb RAM with 4G data or wifi , even the videos are buffering to play.
    i had conversation several times with supporting team over chat.
    but they had only few steps to resolve the problem but they can't.
    atlast they suggest me to visit service centre everytime
    i am staying far away from Hyderabad where there is no OnePlus service centres.
    for which i have to travel 200 KM's to visit service centre. does it means except hyderabad people, no one should buy this product which is already for more high price.
    in a thought to migrate by selling this.

    Buffering occurs mostly due to wifi issues. I have the same phone as you but with 8gb ram and whenever I face buffering issues it's always because of my router. Battery consumption on constant 90hz is more than 60hz. It doesn't matter to me much coz I'm getting a better refresh rate and i easily get 6 hrs of screen on time. In your case decrease the refresh rate to 60hz, use adaptive battery feature in the settings and optimize apps which consumes higher percentage of your phone's battery and also operate your phone in dark mode (looks classy and saves battery.).

    Have you tried a factory reset, if not do it!
    I have the 7 pro and have absolutely no issues at all
