    Other problem with the note... Is you are stuck with Samsung ROMs.. No CM . unless Sammy starts unlocking the boot loader again, but i doubt it.
    I year ago i always bought Samsung... Now i wont even consider them.

    Ever since S4 update 1 you cant flash galaxy's in the US to CM.

    As far as i know this has been true on all Samsung phones since.

    I feel the same way. You have to not buy stuff from bad companies, even if its a good deal, because if everybody does the companies will use this as a standard buisness model and the we will have no other choices.

    I've had enough with the wait already, I do understand the companies point but saying they didn't expected that much support is BS. If people are being offered a Phone the way they Market it and having all those Premium hardware along with CM in "THAT" Price? Of course people will go crazy about it. Anyways, I love this phone and I respect the company but personally I'm not just sitting and waiting forever, I'll just go to what's I've used and Loved.

    Neither. I wouldn't adopt Yoko Ono or get the Samsung Galaxy Note even if they were paying me millions. :p

    Since I already got OnePlus One, I would choose Note 4 =)
    But still no matter how, I will surely get the Note 4 to replace my Note 3 when it release on day 1

    Samsung = overprised :l

    And even if you've "got the money for it" the note line isn't really products of "premium feel" in either hardware nor software. I'd go with opo.

    Price no object, Note 4. But that's not fair as it ignores a pretty big selling feature of the OPO.

    I agree with the poster above, my Note 3 is a beast and in some ways outperforms my OPO. I'd expect the Note 4 to be better still. But a 5%, 10%, or even 20% performance boost for double the price or more is a tough pill for many people to swallow.

    OnePlus One because of the great software support.
    Samsung has serious issues on the software support department with a very bad history (especially on Exynos devices) and having great hardware without proper software is just a waste of time and money.

    I really like the fact that OPO honors it's warranty by allowing users to unlock the bootloader and pretty much change everything to the phone because this shows how much faith (and care) they've put on their product. For once, I am still using my 5 year old HTC HD2 (the OPO will replace it) because of the software support it has; for me this is freedom of choice. In two years from now, there will be a plethora of ROM packages for the One where on the Samsung you'll get much less.

    Sorry for the long post.

    I agree with you on the software issues that samsung has, their Touchwiz Sucks and that's the reason OPO attracted me, tbh price wasn't that big of a factor to me but the Base OS as CM. Now if I can't get a hold of it there is no point is it?

    I'm not having these issues. Which carrier are you using?

    That being said, I think I would choose opo because I hate touchwiz and the locking down of the bootloader
