    Hi

I would recommend you to consider factory resetting the device.

Hi, i was about to sell my Nord because of this issue but after last update 10.5.9.AC01BA the issue is gone.

Hope that it will not change after this post. :] How about your experience?

    Hi
The communication about this issue is not very clear from OnePlus. Overall because the "Rescue party" feature of Android system leading to crash loops can occur on any other model or brand.
Anyway having the Nord since early August I had twice this issue when Nord was in my pocket and I was in my car connected to bluetooth. I only stopped the hanging animation with Volume + and Power ON and next reboot was without any loss of datas.
Personally I backup my phone each week with "OnePlus Switch" app (from OnePlus folder) and I copy the OPBackup folder on a PC via USB-C. It's time consuming but very usefull for everybody. So I don't care because I have had already this kind of situation on my other previous or actual phone brands.

I have a big issue with net connection and RAM is working very slow.
My previous mobile OPPO(6gb ram) is far far better than one plus Nord(12gb ram).
    Please resolve this issue

    Possible ways to interpit.
    1. You don't have the weather app. And have some system slow down. And you haven't got the update.
    2. You don't have the weather app and you are asking Oneplus to slow down the update because you haven't got it yourself.

    I'm assuming you mean 1?

1 - Verify if you have 10.5.9 firmware update
2 - Boot your device in recovery mode and choose wipe cache (not he datas of course).
