    I am not working for OP. I am watching a thread for random reboots and factory reset when seeing how you spam it with such demands that are irrelevant for this thread. If you have questions about purchases then use the chat to get in contact with a representative. It is the logical thing to do.

    Please bring a fix to the battery draining issues too... The European global version is facing it... Starting from 100-65% the battery drains like rocket ... Then it's normal and again from 40% it's horrifying

    I had mailed OnePlus care about this issue and they replied saying they are aware of this issue and they are working on it to solve this issue in future updates. I hope they really do fix this one.
