Did you off the charging optimization
And after you off that feature it takes normally 8 hrs gap and then warp chargers as usual to other op phones
    Try this bud!!!

    Hi Team,

I'm using one plus 6 last 2 years, Nice smartphone, i didn't face any big issues with my device.
But i recommended oneplus nord for my wife and she collected device on last month. Unfortunately today the device automatically factory reset from her pocket. and losses all of her data. This is very very bad. Nobody expecting this software issue from one plus team. I hope the team will resolve this soon
And also expecting a clear explanation or solution for this. Is this repeat agian?

    Hi,

I Had the same problem my Phone was stuck at decryption screen and after using combination of volume up + power for 10 seconds it turned off. After plugin charger and powering On the phone i have normal screen with pin to enter after booting up but my pin doesn't work and i am sure it is correct pin as i used it all the time since i have Nord. Why my phone doesnt accept my pin?

If you google you would know the accidental factory reset started since OnePlus 3 so it's unlikely they will fix the problem soon. Happened a few times to my phone too. Well I am buying a new phone and it won't be OnePlus.

I also experience the random reboot/crash issue. Oxygen OS 10.5.7

It happened 3 times so far:
    while unlocking the screen
while installing multiple apps from the playstore
    while simply browsing in chrome

The first time it booted into qualcomm crashd ump mode.

Battery & Camera performance are too bad.
Battery drains fast as I have nothing else to do other than fiddling with this phone all the time..I only get 5 hours with screen on time and as of now am charging for 2 times a day.

Bootloop happened twice to me. First time it gave some sort of crash log and then to recovery, which was in Chinese! Very frustrating. Second time i used your work around.
Also, after an OS upgrade, i have to use the official charger first to charge it. I have tried twice to use a different charger, did not work. When using official charger, it charges with about 5800mA, according to AccuBattery app. When using different charger, normally i get about a 1000mA. When charging after an OS upgrade, i get -300mA. Very strange

Cannot comment the crash since never got it. But for the charger this is normal. USB is typically 5V and only the amperage changes. Some chargers are 1A, some 2.1 and the ones that provide any type of fast charging are more. I think Nord's charger is 6A, so you are getting good amperage from it since there is always some loss during ac to dc conversion.

I know how that works, but why do i first have to use the official charger after an OS update, before i can use a different charger?
