Notice about OnePlus Nord’s reboot and data loss issue

    Due this issue I need to backup my data every few days.
    Data loss is unacceptable for a company that wants to gain more customers.
    OP should hurry up with a fix, if they don't want to lose our trust.

    Hello from Athens, I have in my possession the Nord (8/128) since 22/08 and it has rebooted me twice but without ever starting .. The first time with a long press of power it started. In the second (today) reboot, which again stuck for good, I pressed the volume up + power for 10΄΄ to start the phone. I am just informing you about this known problem and please have a solution as soon as possible.

    I would like to draw your attention to the issue I found that I wouldn't be able to take screenshots extension when mobile is in landscape.

    Hello Oneplus Team,
    It was just an unimaginable situation for me that I lost all my data in my new Oneplus Nord just because your team and the organisation left the bug unfixed. since we are paying huge as per our capacity we deserve to be better but here the experience is much bitter. FACTORY REBOOT. Now you want patience from all customers, it's like PMC bank scam first loose your money then loose life to get your hard earned money back.
    Just give me answer me that even if you could fix the bug in a month or two or more but till that time people like us let loosing our data, it's a huge loss and the whole company is responsible for the loss of everyone's data. it's pathetic situation and not deserving.
    One more question that suppose Oneplus company kept it's data in any data center by paying huge rental for that and after some time the data center says they lost all your data and keep some patience what will you do?? Won't you feel worried??? The same you are doing with the customers, I strongly oppose the Oneplus if nothing concrete is brought by you for the data loss. Yes incase you give compensation for the loss then it can mitigate our loss to some extent but at least helpful, so I request Oneplus to not being harsh one the Nord users for choosing Nord.

    Yes I had recently brought OnePlus nord before I am not that familiar to oneplus..but today while I was travelling I kept the phone in pocket and when I take it out for usage I noticed phone is hard rebooting itself I was stunned and worried but luckily nothing happened to my data and also I am not happy with the Google dailer switch it to oneplus dailer. Please make the update effective

    Guys,that i think oneplus is not responding means there will b a surprise to us hope they are spending time more to fix the issue they will never neglet it as they and us want the brand to be more famous but due to unfavorable conditions it may be happening.But we know that we are in trouble.but dont use the words that hurt the company they will fix it really soon.because if a person or anything in problem we have to support them but not to disrespect am i correct
