Edit: In order to get 1080@60 you MUST clear the camera app's data!
As part of a huge camera overhaul in 3.5.2 that wasn't mentioned in the changelog (uh..... why?) where many libraries have been updated, the following has been spotted :D
1080p@60fps is now available in the stock camera application, not sure about it in third party apps.
    Snapchat lag has been fixed.
Purple tint also fixed in some cases.

    So yeah :p

Edit: Camera probably isn't mentioned in changelog due to it being in test phase, I'd guess OP are only testing 1080@60. Still think it should've been in the changelog, but we'll see what happens anyway :L

Assuming you're on the 3.5.2 community build, I think it's supposed to be on the button you change resolution with, as a resolution setting. I haven't confirmed this yet, I'm still downloading it to test some stuff, I run CM normally.

There's also an option for Wi-Fi calling in 3.5.2. I have enabled it but haven't been able to test if the line actually goes thru Wi-Fi.

In 3.2.4 you can activate wifi calling by searching it in settings.

You were able to search for it but never able to actually flip it on. It wouldn't stick. Now, Wi-Fi calling is placed under More Settings and it sticks, even thru reboot. This may be the real deal, but someone needs to test if it actually doesn't go thru your carrier.

Some people DO have the 1080p@60 option and some people also reported that the lag problem HAS been fixed.

Fair enough if it hasn't worked on your phone for some reason, but that doesn't mean everybody's is broken. It's odd the way some are working some aren't. We should just try figure out why. :/
