Haha Gary took so much time to write this crap and it was reviewed over and over. For what? So much for being honest. This is not the real truth. no one is working on anything. those who fell for this and bought new OnePlus devices, few minutes silence for them because you will fall in the same pit again some day. oneplus insomnia can keep bugs in live phones for more than 6 months. stupid company. third class after sales

As you couldn't contest the arguments and what i said, now you change strategy and talk about bugs? We were talking about Oneplus failing to deliver a promised update and failing to communicate with us.

Bugs when occur is not necessarily on 100% of the phones but they will occur on a lot of users. Dude, i'll quote the post from Gary C.
Can you reply that bug? Do you know what that bug does to the normal operation of the phone? It can interfere in several things like spontaneous crashes, signal drop etc

Bugs exist and several persons have reported them throughout this thread and the other thread. I have bugs like wifi signal drop, gps rarely catches a good signal and was perfect in Android 9, call recording is crooked etc

Not to mention features are missing like EIS and we had that in Android 9, what's the excuse??

What about lack of security updates since April? When they promised 3 years of security updates in their Update program?? Also excuses? Starting to think you belong to Oneplus staff and are trying to clean their image and stop us from complaining...

Beyond sick what OP is doing. I knew they would wait until the end of November so that they didn't have to work on amore updates. Lies, broken promises from this company.

Do you even own OP5/5T ? If so, you wouldn't say 1080 or 4K have EIS.

Well a short video I took while walking seemed stable on 1080/4K and moving around on 1080 60
    Maybe it was my imagination.
I don't take videos so I don't have a way to compare to android 9

OP Authority should offer OP 5/5t users' to get the 8t at discounted price from their official store. i. e 30-35% discount which will be a nice gesture to the suffering customers.

I've bought the phone in mid 2018 it's hardly been two years for me that I was using 5T and some of the fanboys are saying it's 3year old device , battery drain is obvious as it gets old blah blah ..but I've spent RS 30,000 for this freaking device and I can hardly use it everyday... come-on OnePlus not everyone can afford to buy phone that your are launching on bi-monthly basis...stop this circus and just give us a stable update!!

So yeah, in my experience as a customer who shoots A LOT OF VIDEOS, there's no EIS.
since you are defending them, can you explain the logic behind releasing an update with no EIS, and an update have yet an update to be seen in the horizon, half a year after releasing Android 10 ?
