Actual behavior	The icons keep moving.

Expected behavior	The icons should remain fixed.

Enable seconds in the clock in the status bar > Receive some notification > You will see the icons moving left and right when seconds change (For example: 11 takes less space then 55 to be displayed) because the icon placing depends on the length of the clock string.
