After upgrading to 8.1, it has those large gaps between the clock and the quick settings. Is it like that for everyone?

clearly, from the (suggested) fix, there exists excess padding - which may (1) bother a few people and (2) pretty sure no UI/UX designer does that on purpose.

    just highlighting a UI/UX issue.

meh i assume that requires rooting and xposed of sorts. trying to keep my android native here xD
but o well.. saw a post about this on reddit only after i pressed update; also kinda lazy to flash downwards..
hmmmmm shall weigh my options. Thanks!

EDIT: o wait i found an xda-thread that had a post about a rootless approach using the same tool.
not to get my own hopes up but editing systemUI and making it survive reboots prob still needs root privis

Nop :3 just install, hit build and reboot, no root, no sweat, no nothing :3 (well there are a few more steps but no root or anithing needed it's super easy AND there are a TON on customization available in substratum)

    4. Black play store

    - Yea I know I like black - but there a ton more black, colored and transparent options, as well as system tweaks. (like an experimental always on display mode :3 )
