Hello, I've been facing notifications Issue in 7t mobile. Untill i open the application it's not showing the notifications even though I changed battery optimization settings to Don't optimize. I don't know whether it is Android OS problem or something else can anyone help me out how to solve this issue.

I had this problem too, most notably with sports and news apps (ESPN, LA Times, NHL, Dark Sky, The Weather Channel and more) however changing to no battery optimization did fix the notifications issue for me.

Other potential culprits include "Digital Wellbeing" (typically the first thing I disable on a phone), "Sleep standby optimization," and "Deep Optimization," in that order.

"Digital Wellbeing" in particular seems to have little little rhyme or reason behind when it decides to turn notifications off. I'd disable that one first before disabling the others.

There's no official way to disable it, but you can make it sit quietly in the corner and color by denying it usage access. That has the same effect. It probably can also be uninstalled for the current user using ADB, but I haven't actually tried that on a OnePlus, so I can't say for sure.

try to toggle between the options for notification.

one example per screenshot below. notification on lock screen.

there are 3 options. show all, show sensitive and show none. I do not know how these are being categorised, but could be the remedy to you issue.

there is also notification for normal condition (not in lock screen). do a search for notification in settings search bar.
