I think time to stop promoting one plus ........... The company is worst in customer care and software updates, and they demand flagship killer......

Who ever called that phone a Flagship Killer lol? Nobody. They don't even call the OP3 that. The only people that use it are Indians crying about VoLTE.

I think people just find things to complain about, its human nature. No matter what improvements that are made they will still find something to complain about. Its how the internet brainwashed mind functions nowadays, they're programmed to want more, so even when they're given more they still want more...hence the many Oliver Twists on this forum. Constantly complaining and asking for more is an addiction many are battling with even though they might not know it...

This is not true. I'm not complaining because it is fun to do so. I'm complaining because I have expectation to a phone which costs 269€ (the price of OPX back then). Not everybody here is a d*ck who lets his frustration go.
Nevertheless, I have another thought. Whoever dislikes these phones / OP, remember the slogen of OP: #NeverSettle! :D

If they had enough resources, i think they would take much more care of X. But the fact is, they don't. Why they don't? I don't know. When I bought it, it seems that they must have enouh resources. Aftrr all, they never settle.

It seems your carriers are old now. Its time for True 4G. You might have never used VOLTE so you guys don't know how its quality. So don't comment country specific. Your carriers lacks the upgrade sticking to older technologies.

Samsung supports VoLTE from ages because South Korea has a matured ecosystem of 4G. They consume tons of data and their mobile operators rolled it to public fast.
It's 2016 and many countries still don't have VoLTE which includes major parts of Europe and India.

You are really quite thick aren't you? We've had 4g for years, and are now moving on to 5. Lol. 3g is perfectly good for voice calls anyway. It's only to do with you all being penny-pinchers you idiot.

They do advise to remove any screen protectors before sending off. So that's your own fault really.

Using 3g for calling isn't "old Tech" at all, it's becoming the global standard. It serves its function, and is compatible absolutely. VOLTE is only recently taken off and only a small percentage use it so it's not a high priority for oneplus as only Indian users are affected. It's probably a huge problem for you, I get that, but badmouthing Oneplus and moaning all the time isn't going to bring it any quicker

Just because a few users keep moaning and posting all over, doesn't make it any more important than it was 6 months ago
