I think knowing how important something is doesn't need someone to have the device. I mean if anyone is qualified to say how important it is (other than op staff) then I'd say someone like me, who is a qualified Business analyst. Part of my job is to prioritise items and tasks. So I know it's a must have for you and a lot of users from india, but looking at the rest of the users, it's not a priority.
