How am I supposed to remove it? It sticks to the screen; removing the screen protector means breaking it and throw away. You can apply a screen protector only once and that is definetly not the part which should be removed before sending to repair

You have to just remove it. Its part of the rules around repairs, they will remove any accessories that are on the device.
It's a standard thing to do. BTW screen protectors aren't that expensive, you can buy ones for <£15

I had a look out if interest. My carrier (EE) supplied volte in April. Amazingly, my world has not collapsed without it all this time. Perhaps you'd like to rethink the whole carrier superiority thing..... :p

They divert their calls through older 2g and 3g network and not using volte for voice which is far more superior. Try it once if you can and you can feel how audio quality improves.

ah yess because I need to hear every squeal and pop of the other caller. adn HD voice only works of both parties have voLTE afaik so pretty much still useless unless you call a friend you know has volte.

Lol. It has nothing to do with quality for them, it's only so they can save money. They're a nation of penny-pinchers that put the Scots to shame.
