I used to be an aosp user a year and a half ago when I used to flash it on my HTC One X but I lost my HTC OneX and since then I have been looking for a good phone to start experimenting with various ROMs. OPO seems to be the way to go. Hopefully some day I will get an invite and will be able to work the way I used to.

Can I get any official news regarding the state of this rom? Who's working on it (if anyone), the state of it regarding updates, and whatnot. Is it even worthwhile to consider flashing this, or is all development turned to OnePlus inside ROM?
Thank you kindly for your time, and keep up the good work.

Good questions. The download is dated from August along with changes so it doesn't appear to be "current". I'm not sure of the relationship with Cyanogenmod moving forward so an alternative would be nice.

I try to flash using the official version of CWM and it says that the ROM is made for bacon devices, and I have a A0001, and then I tried TWRP (as recommended by Oneplus), and it just hung there for a while :(

I've tried to flash this three times.

I have completely returned my device to stock by flashing the files within the following zip: http://builds.cyngn.com/factory/bacon/cm-11.0-XNPH44S-bacon-signed-fastboot.zip

    Installed the latest TWRP.

Transferred the AOSP zip from this thread to my OPO and flashed.

    Flashed GApps and rebooted.

After the phone comes back up from the reboot it says that it's "upgrading android" and then reboots and if left it will repeat this cycle well over ten times, I think it goes on forever...

The things I've tried different are, older version of TWRP, flash stock then TWRP then AOSP without GApps and still no success. Anyone else having this issue?

have you flashed a different kernel? it has to be the stock kernel. did you get the correct gapps? (google apps). it could be a few different things. if you cant get it to work i suggest trying one of the android lollipop previews. they seem to be working great.

Exactly same problem here, I think it is "incompatible" network. Found similar problem with some custom roms when my network was unknown to these roms and was getting reboot everytime.

s it possible to add stereo recording for video? Maybe the sound when recording at a festival/club doesn't sound so distorted?

Okay, when I try to flash this I get an error, it says my device is 'A0001' and the zip is for 'bacon' devices. What can I do to change it?
