    Upon inserting the charge cable there was noticeable lateral movement in the port.

    Yes, also unstable when inserting and I'm not the sort of person to be heavy handed with my gadgets. :|

    My plug is wobbly, although stays in. I wouldn't say it is firm enough inside as I would like to be. Hopefully stays same over time.
    BTW, if it gets looser in eg. 6 months time, would this be covered under warranty?

    Can you describe more how it was? And also compare it with new replacement?

    My screen is perfect though. Just this adaptive light is so unresponsive and doesn't work as it should.

    Well would you believe it. Otterbox case ordered on 9th July, supposedly shipped 12th July, still hasn't arrived.

    Been trying to order the dash car charger, using my promo code, ever since it became available, but the code is always rejected. I spoke to someone on live chat a couple of weeks ago and they said there shouldn't be a problem with the code and I should just keep on trying every few days. What is actually going on?

    Almost exactly the same issue that I'm having now! All I'm getting is that a specialist has investigated and apparently the second code was sent to me in error! It wasn't as we all know! I'm pretty miffed, there was no mention of an expiry date. Fighting to get a new code or the code reinstated.

    So they kindly responded by telling me to suck it and installing an update on my phone which bricked it. Even factory reset failed. They refuse to refund or replace and have yet to confirm whether or not they'll relieve me of a phone for two weeks to fix the problem they ADMITTED to causing. If the situation has not improved by the new year I think I'll have to consider small claims.

    Well they cancelled my RMA without telling me. It took nearly an hour to get that overturned, during which I was told that it was cancelled because "there had been no reply within 5 days." Which is true... THEY HADN'T REPLIED TO ME WITHIN FIVE DAYS.

    i had this problem with the last one of my two codes took a fair bit of back and forth for me to get a new code. I was livid. There had been no indication of any 'expiry' date for the codes!
